Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.
You dont need to be an expert to come to this class; The class is suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced users. So if you never heard of Pilates and its benefits or if you’re a seasoned expert this class will be just right for you.
