Classes & Courses
Fitness Classes are available for free to members. Non-members can attend fitness classes on a pay as you go basis. Fitness Classes take place in the Fitness Studio at both K Leisure Naas and K Leisure Athy.

Class Descriptions are a brief outline of what each class involves. Classes range from high tempo spinning classes, circuits which are a mixture of exercises designed to give you a full body workout, to Bums Legs & Tums which blasts stubborn body parts. We also provide classes for kids and teens. Teen Resisance is Variety of cardio and resistance for 13-15years.
Courses are a collection of classes than run over a period of time, usually 6-7 weeks. Courses include Yoga, Pilates and Body Pump. BODYPUMP™ is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It’s a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout.
The Fitness Studio is available for hire for 50 euro per hour. The Fitness Studio is a state of the art aerobics studio with wooden sprung floor, mirrors, air conditioning, and sound system, for private hire.
