Fitness Assessments

For this reason we encourage all members to book in for a fitness consultation with one of our trainers. In this consultation we will break down the barriers to your success and motivate you to succeed. You will be given a fitness programme to work from and will be reviewed every 4-6 weeks or as often as your goals deem necessary.

Personal Training

Our Personal Trainers are highly experienced and will help you get the most from your training. Your Personal Trainer will support and guide you to achieve your health and fitness objectives by developing a total Lifestyle Program that is specifically tailored to you. Your trainer will hold you accountable to ensure you’re doing the right things to achieve your desired results.

Gym Challenges

The newest and fastest way to lose weight THE BIGGEST LOSER CHALLENGE commenced on May 24th consisting of two teams; blue and red. The challenge runs over an 8 week period with weekly weigh in’s, food diary’s and advice. Each team member is given a six week diet sheet to follow.
