The 6-week Bootcamp programme is has been designed to get people active and boost their fitness, with the aim of being fit and healthy for their return to the gym in late July.

When we stop exercising deconditioning can set in as early as 2 weeks. This means that when we start training again, we need to think of ourselves as starting from scratch.

What will our 6-week Bootcamp do for you?

  • help build the habit of exercising regularly.
  • give you a boost in your fitness and strength levels.
  • can help prevent injury on their return to fitness.
  • will improve cardiovascular and musculoskeletal system function.
  • Help reduce stress, anxiety, fatigue

Studies have shown that in the first week of ‘re-exercising’, it’s beneficial to have two days rest or to at least train on alternate days. With our programme, you can take part either live or request a link to view the recorded session at a time you prefer.

The timetable for each week will be HIIT classes on Monday and Wednesday, Strength and Toning classes on Tuesday and Thursday, and Mobility (Yoga, Pilates, Stretching) on Friday.

The programme is €60 if you sign up now for the full 6 weeks. After the first week, there will be a weekly rate of €20 to join, but you only get access to live classes with the weekly pass. We are also partnering with the Jack and Jill foundation for one week, and we are donating one week’s revenue to them for everyone that signs up, and K Leisure will match all donations received doubling the total donation amount, so by taking part your helping contribute to a great local organisation that helps children and families in their time of need.
