K Leisure operates three facilities in Co. Kildare, Athy, Naas and Newbridge. The Athy and Naas sites offer 25m swimming pools, fitness classes, state-of-the-art gyms, a sauna and steam rooms. Newbridge is a dry site with a full gym and a dedicated strength and conditioning arena. Other facilities include an indoor hall, Astro pitches and a coffee dock. Our ultra-modern, multi-award-winning clubs have activities for every level of ability and age.

Each K Leisure club features a suite of connected cardio machines, allowing you to create and record workouts, trach your heart rate each session. In addition to designing and building training programmes for our members as part of their membership fee, we offer our access to bespoke one to one personal training services.
